ABACUS Graphics Ltd has been in this industry for more than 20 years and are Authorized dealers for many Renown Brand products. We are obliged to stock all consumable and spare parts as per the manufacturers recommended schedule for the equipment that we market and support here. Our technical team consists of highly skilled and experienced personnel trained by the manufacturers locally and aboard. We understand that quality service, timely response and technical upgrades in line with global trends are keystones of this industry and we are committed to providing excellent before and after sales service.
Most of the Equipment carry a 12 months or as specified in individual Equipment Proposal, warranty against factory fault or malfunction are on a PRORATA BASIS.
All Products Abacus represents, the dealer network agreement requires all dealers including us to carry spare part stock of all Products (current and obsolete) sold by ABACUS Graphics Ltd in Fiji and the neighboring Pacific Islands countries. Spare parts for all Panasonic machines that have been replaced by current models will be available for 7 years from date of cease of production.
Preventative Maintenance Contract varies from $220.00 vip to $880.00 vip annually depending upon size, configuration and locations of the equipment. This covers labour and transport only after warranty.
Service call response time is minimum 1-2 hours within Suva CBD.
Usually Ex-Stock or 1-2 weeks from date of receipt of official order.
Valid for 30 days and subject to change without any further notice.
Price also includes duty paid, vat inclusive, delivered and installed with operator training at your office.
Usually 30 days from date of installation to approved customers or can be Extended upon mutual agreement
(The ownership right on the equipment shall not pass to the purchaser until the purchase price is paid in full)
